In order to add video to your course, you'll need to first add a video player to your page. Once you have added a video player, you can either directly upload a video to the player or embed a video from a third-party source like Youtube or Brightcove.
Learners can use the video player interface to control playback, toggle fullscreen or change the volume of the video contained within.
Using Layout to add a video player
1. Open the page in your course where you would like to add the video player.
2. Switch the editing view to Layout and select one of the orange Add here buttons to open up the parts menu. For more information about how to use Layout, see Using Layout to add page parts
3. Select Media & Imagery
4. Select Video player
5. A video player will then be added to the page. Click the Save button to save the changes.
