We offer a compatibility mode for SCORM releases that we recommend you enable for all courses that are intended to be launched in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
If you are experiencing issues with your SCORM course in SuccessFactors, we recommend enabling this mode, creating a brand new SCORM release, and uploading to your LMS as your first troubleshooting step. If you continue to experience issues, contact the Support team at support@elucidat.com.

Enabling the SuccessFactors compatibility mode
- Open the Project the SCORM course was created from
- Go to Configure
- Switch to the Learner tracking tab
- Check Enable enhanced compatibility for SAP Success Factors users located in the blue SCORM options box
- Click Save changes to apply the mode
- Create a new SCORM release
- Upload the new release to your LMS

You must create a new release for this change to be present in your course. Re-releasing an existing course will not apply the compatibility mode to that release.
