You can export all the comments made in your Project into a Comma Separate Value (CSV) file if you need to share with an external team for legal or compliance reasons.
When you choose to export comments from a Project, you will be sent an email with a download link to your CSV. For security reasons, the download link expires after 4 hours. If the link has expired, you'll need to request the file again.

Downloading a comment file
1. Open your Project
2. Go to Configure
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Comments export
4. Select Export to confirm
An email containing a download link to your comments will be generated and sent to your inbox. The email may take a few minutes.
