Auto-Translate and HTML

We have addressed an issue where Auto-Translate was converting certain reserved HTML characters and special characters like letters with diacritics (é) into their equivalent encoded characters. For example, < would be converted to <.

This made it particularly difficult to read the CSV translation file for users performing in-house translations, particularly if they were in a language that used accented characters. Auto-Translate no longer converts these characters, preserving the readability of these translation exports.

Fixes

 • Auto-Translate now keeps reserved HTML characters (<,> ) and special characters (é) as is instead of converting them into encoded symbols (<) . This makes translation files—especially CSV exports—easier to read and work with.

Note: These release notes focus on major new features, improvements, and bug fixes that users will experience directly. Unlike a detailed changelog which lists all technical changes, these notes highlight the most important updates.

Our team is constantly working on essential background improvements, including backend systems, infrastructure, and preparation for future features. While this parallel work is not listed here, it is strategically planned and executed alongside the visible improvements described in these notes.
