Your Elucidat password should meet the following requirements to be accepted:
- Your password should be a minimum of 11 characters.
- It should not be an easily guessed word or common phrase. For example, while ‘abbreviated’ is an 11-letter word, it will not be accepted as a password.
We also check passwords against a database of previously hacked passwords as well as common words and combinations which may seem secure but are more likely to be easier to guess.
If your chosen password fails to pass these checks, it will be flagged as Not Secure! If this happens, you’ll need to choose a different password.
For the strongest security, we recommend a mix of alphanumeric characters and symbols.
