You can export a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file containing a breakdown of your Elucidat colleagues' permissions in your account that can be opened in a spreadsheet or other document processing software.
While the ability to sort and filter users is available in the user dashboard, exporting the list as a CSV can be particularly useful if you need to create reports on usage or arrange the data in a different way.
The CSV also contains one data point not available to view in the dashboard which can help gauge individual usage: the total number of logins for each user.

Before you begin
- The Elucidat User Management interface is shared by both Elucidat Author and Elucidat Create. To learn how to access the User Management page from each platform, see Accessing the User Management page.
- Some actions and configurations are exclusive to each platform. Depending on which platforms you can access, you may see more or fewer options than described here.
Exporting your user report
- Select the Users view in the User Management interface
- Use the checkboxes to the left of the user's name to select the users you'd like to include in your report; select the top checkbox to select all users at once.
- Select Export as CSV from the action menu.
- Select Download in the pop-up window to confirm you'd like to export the CSV.
