Natural phrasing

We have added DeepL as a new provider for Auto-Translate, allowing you to achieve more natural-sounding phrasing in your translated courses.

When you choose Prioritize natural phrasing where available, Auto-Translate will use DeepL to more closely consider tone and context to produce a translation that sounds more natural to a fluent speaker. This can help provide a higher-quality first pass and potentially reduce time spent reviewing and editing.

Natural phrasing is now available in Elucidat Author and Create for supported languages.

You can read more about how to apply this option and which languages are supported in the articles below:

Note

These release notes focus on major new features, improvements, and bug fixes that users will experience directly. Unlike a detailed changelog which lists all technical changes, these notes highlight the most important updates.

Our team is constantly working on essential background improvements, including backend systems, infrastructure, and preparation for future features. While this parallel work is not listed here, it is strategically planned and executed alongside the visible improvements described in these notes.
