Variations Manager is a central hub which allows you to manage your multi-lingual content. Here you can carry out various actions relating to your Variations including adding more Variations, renaming or deleting any existing Variations, configuring which Variations appear in a Multi-Language Release and more.
You can access Variations Manager from both a Parent Course or a Variation by selecting Variations Manager in the toolbar:
When you access Variations Manager, you'll be shown all the Variations that have been created from the current Parent Course:
You can open a Variation by selecting its name:
The Export Translation, Make new Variations and Import Translation buttons can be used to download and upload translation files in order to translate your content. You can find out more about translation using Parent and Variations in the Multi-language course creation section.
Use the Filter field to search for specific Variations:
Use Reset filters to clear the Filter field:
The In Release toggle will determine if a Variation is available in a Multi-Language Release.
Re-arrange your Variations by using the 
icon to drag and drop them. This will determine in which order they appear in the language selector in a Multi-Language Release:
You can delete a Variation by selecting the trash can icon:
