Duplicating a Project

Elucidat Projects can be duplicated to create an exact copy which is separate from the original Project and can be edited independently. The most common reason to do this is if you want to use one course as a template for others.

How to duplicate a Project

1. Select Configure in the Project you would like to duplicate:

3. Rename your new Project in the popup window which opens. By default, this will use the name of the original Project, with ‘duplicate’ added to the end in parentheses:

Note: If you are duplicating a Variation of a Master Project, the new Project will also be a Variation of the same Master. For more information about creating a copy of a Variation which is not connected to the original Master Project, please see Importing Pages From Another Project.
