Limiting user access to shared Projects only

The most restrictive access scope is Access to specific Projects only which only allows users to see and edit Projects that have been directly shared with them.

This approach offers flexibility, allowing you to grant and revoke access to individuals as and when you need. It's particularly useful if you're inviting contractors or freelancers into your account—you can assign only the Project(s) they need to work on and prevent them from accessing the rest of your library. However, it may not be suitable for larger teams as manually managing Project sharing may become unwieldy and difficult to scale. In this case, setting up Departments may be more beneficial.
